Our name reflects our mission: To provide solutions to problems faced by RI and Massachusetts homeowners, such as foreclosure, bankruptcy, run-down/vacant properties, unpaid taxes, judgments/liens, inherited property (probate), divorces, fast sales due to sudden job changes, sickness, etc.

The "Real" part of our name means a few things. For one, it refers to a commitment to "go the distance" and have the integrity to always follow through with promises we make to home owners. Another meaning is our commitment to avoid questionable business practices used by some companies in our industry.
There are many such practices, but all have in common not being honest with homeowners about their options. We'll be straight with you: We specialize in difficult and unusual situations—if you have a nice-condition, move-in ready home in a great area and you have no need to sell quickly, you should probably call a real estate agent. (But there are still many reasons you might want to call us instead of an agent, anyway!)
RHSRI is committed to acting with the highest level of integrity at all times for the sake of doing the right thing and because honest business is good business. We believe our best source of new business, and the highest form of compliment we can receive, is referral from satisfied customers. How we work - You contact us and tell us some info about your property and situation, such as when you need to sell, what kind of repairs the property needs, etc. We do a quick analysis and contact you with several options. You make a decision and get back to us when you're comfortable—we don't like it when people use high-pressure sales tactics on us, so we don't use them on you, either.
We treat all information you share with us as highly confidential. We will never share your information with anyone outside our company without your permission. Our business is solving real estate problems, not selling people's personal information.
How do we make money? By solving problems other people don't want to or can't solve. For example, if you need to sell your house within a few days we'll buy it for a slight discount, do any necessary repairs, and then resell it or rent it out. You get a sure thing—a cash sale in a few days and the ability to move on with your life—and we make a small profit. It's called win-win and it's the only way we do business.
